Join us every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evening for high-energy Break Dance classes led by Namiuki and Adam Scott (Breakinbees) two of Manchester’s top break dance teachers.
These sessions are designed to elevate your skills, deepen your understanding of breaking foundations, and help you develop your inner rhythm, flavour, and personal style. Classes balance technique, creativity, and freestyle, while also supporting strength, mobility, coordination, and overall health.
Whether you’re building fundamentals or refining your movement, these classes offer a supportive, motivating environment for growth, expression, and progression within hip-hop culture.
After the taster session, students will be:

Beginners Contemporary Dance class that explores both conceptual and physical technique in a supportive and creative environment.
This class is designed specifically for beginners, focusing on building strong foundations in contemporary movement while encouraging creativity, body awareness, musicality, and confidence. Sessions balance structured technique with expressive exploration, allowing dancers to develop at their own pace.
Led by Namiuki Dance Theatre, the class offers a professional yet welcoming space where young dancers can learn, move, and grow through contemporary dance.

In a Classic Jazz class, dancers explore foundational techniques such as posture and alignment, coordination, flexibility, and strength, while developing strong musical awareness and performance quality. Emphasis is placed on rhythm, groove, and stylistic nuance encouraging dancers to connect movement to music with confidence and flair.
Classic Jazz is not only about technique but also about expression and joy. It supports physical fitness by improving cardiovascular health, mobility, and coordination, while also building confidence, creativity, and stage presence. Whether you are new to dance or an experienced mover, Classic Jazz offers a fun, empowering way to move, learn, and connect with the roots of jazz dance.

Our membership program is designed to make our studio available for emerging artists to share space. This membership does not guarantee free private space at every session. We expect other members to also make use of similar times.
